• Where can I find the most current training offerings sponsored by DBHDD?
• You can find the most current training offerings by visiting the DBHDD website at www.dbhdd.ga.gov. Click on either Individuals & Families or Providers and select the corresponding training announcements based on the disability area (MH, AD & DD).
• Where can I find information on becoming a provider?
• You can find information on how to become a provider by visiting the DBHDD website at www.dbhdd.ga.gov. Click on Provider and select the Applications for New & Existing Providers link.
• I am in the process of becoming a provider. Can I register for the trainings that are offered to providers?
• Unfortunately, you will not be able to attend the trainings that are offered to providers unless otherwise mentioned in the training announcements.
• I have a question about Relias Learning. Who should I contact?

• Who should I contact if are seeking an ORS license/permit?
• You should contact the Office of Regulatory Services by calling 404-657-5700.
• What is the number to the Crisis and Access Line?
• You can reach the GA Crisis and Access Line at 1-800-715-4225 or by visiting http://mygcal.com.
• Do I need an email account to register for the training sessions that are sponsored by DBHDD?
• Yes, you need a valid email address to register for all training sessions. When submitting registration online, an email will automatically be sent to the email address you provide; this email confirms receipt of your registration.
• I registered for a particular session and I would like to know why I was denied or added to the waitlist?
• There are often more registrants that we are able to accommodate and the DBHDD reserves the right to utilize various factors in selecting participants. In addition, it is important that the registrant meets the target audience when registering for training. DBHDD also reserves the right to cancel training sessions due to inclement weather and/or low attendance.
• What happens in the event that a training session is cancelled due to inclement weather or low attendance?
• Participants will be notified via email and phone based on the information collected during registration. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folders when checking for our email.
• I've registered online and I would like to know when I will receive notification on whether or not I have been approved to attend a training session.
• Notification that you have been approved to attend will typically be sent two weeks prior to the date of the session for which you registered. This notification will be sent via email from the Office of Learning and Organizational Development staff. Exceptions to this timeframe may occasionally occur, depending on when the training was announced.
• What do I do if I have not received an email indicating whether or not you are approved to attend a training session?
• Please send an email to DBHDD_Learning@dbhdd.ga.gov and enter Training Notification in the subject line.
